Dr. Franklin A. Rose, M.D.

Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Franklin Rose is a board certified plastic surgeon serving the greater Houston area, and beyond. As a nationally recognized cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Rose takes pride in providing the best in patient care and safety. He has been featured in the media many times on TV shows, magazines and newspapers.

After earning his medical degree from the University of Colorado, Dr. Rose completed his internship at the University of California. He did a residency in general surgery at Yale University and Albert Einstein College of Medicine Hospitals in New York, and completed his residency in plastic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.

Abigail Reyes, RN, BSN

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Abigail Reyes is a fabulously talented and experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector. She
has several years of experience in both aesthetic injecting and ICU-related patient care
nursing. She is a native, proud Houstonian and a nursing school honors graduate,
including membership in International Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society. Abigail is most
dedicated to helping our patients achieve their aesthetic goals with both precision and
care. She is most known for her attention to detail, gentle touch, and her passion for
enhancing natural beauty. Her main objective is to leave each patient feeling confident
and radiant.
She is continuously enhancing her graduate nursing education to refine her techniques.
This absolutely ensures optimal results and the best possible outcome for our patients.

Holly Baker

Licensed Surgical Assistant

Our Licensed Surgical Assistant, Holly Baker, works side by side with Dr. Rose during surgical procedures as well as with our patients, ensuring the best care and confidence. She has over 12 years experience in various surgical specialties and has a true passion for plastic surgery. With valuable knowledge and experience, Holly will be there to assist patients and their families before, during, and after surgery. Her artistic capabilities carry over to the Medspa side of our practice as a certified microblading technician.

Natalie Petrou

Licensed Esthetician

Natalie is a certified Medical Aesthetician and laser technician. She joins Utopia with over 7 years of experience in highly regarded med spas elsewhere. She has a passion for helping others feel confident.Natalie is driven to give the best care to her patients and educate them on the latest skin rejuvenation techniques. Her particular areas of interest include treatment of aged skin utilizing various Utopia Lasers to even skin tone pigmentation disorders, enhanced microneedling and body contouring with trusculpt ID. She loves customizing skincare plans for each one of her patients and is looking forward to meeting and helping patients reach their skin care goals.
